About Me
Balancing a demanding job in the tech world, I often found myself seeking ways to reconnect and find balance amidst the fast pace of everyday life. Yoga and mindfulness became my anchor—a way to relax, ground myself, and nurture a deeper connection to my body and mind. This led me to completing my 200-hour yoga certification at City Yoga Graz.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy revolves around kindness and being present. I believe in the power of “Be Here Now”—taking moments to connect with ourselves, the sights and sounds around us, and the gentle rhythm of our breath. In my classes, I encourage mindful movement that activates and calms the nervous system, helping you to feel grounded, safe, and at home in your body.

Mission
My mission is to create a nurturing space where you can reconnect with mindfulness, nature, and your true self. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and connected. My approach to teaching yoga is rooted in the same values: kindness, presence, and building a sense of belonging.
